Special Moments From WOW VIP Experience 2025
Our guests were either chauffeured from London Victoria Train Station or made their own way where we welcomed them at London Hilton Syon Park.
With complimentary self-parking for guests who chose to drive, our "home" for the weekend was accessible to all.
Upon walking through the gorgeous lobby, our guests were welcomed in the Dukes Meeting Room, with gift boxes filled with treats, workbook & materials, personalised thank you cards, and great music!

The Workshops
Over the course of our special weekend, we had guest facilitators delivering sessions covering a variety of subject matters including:
- A.I & income generation
- Personal finances & financial literacy
- Pillars of generational wealth & legacy building, including wills, LPAs, trusts & insurance
- Mental, emotional and physical wellbeing
- Faith & spirituality
- Health relationships & intimacy
Whilst learning great information from our brilliant facilitators, we had a good laugh and lots of fun dancing to 80s & 90s soul, rare groove, reggae, and soca music!
WOW Meals
Our guests were amazed at how all dietary requirements were catered to with ease for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day, including, those who are vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free.
Prosecco, rum, cocktails, mocktails, still & sparkling water, and fresh juice accompanied every meal.
Funny, interesting and heartfelt conversations flowed over fresh, flavoursome cuisines, and beautiful friendships established.

The Spa & Gym
As part of the WOW VIP Experience, you have
complimentary access to the state-of-the-art gym throughout your stay at Hilton London Syon Park.
We enjoyed a group spa day where we unwind together in the pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room. The 30-minutes massage and private area for us to enjoy a 2-course meal with prosecco and mocktails was the perfect way to relax, reflect, and integrate everything we gained over the weekend, as one unit.

The Accommodation
The rooms combine modern luxury with the peace of nature, creating the perfect sanctuary for self-reflection, deep rest, and rejuvenation.
Accessible rooms were also available for our disabled guests, with wheelchair-friendly layouts, walk-in showers, special vibrating pillows for those with hearing difficulties, and adapted features for ease and comfort.
Our Farewell & Thanks
Our soul family agreed that our word for the weekend was "love", and this is certainly what was demonstrated in abundance throughout the weekend, and since The WOW VIP Experience 2025 came to an end.
On behalf of the WOW Team, we are so grateful to have had the pleasure and honour of sharing so many precious and special moments with our WOW Family in November 2025.
Laughter, tears, open, honest and vulnerable discussions, and the practical application of the material taught enabled each of us and as a unit to experience true transformation.
