Travel

From London Victoria Train Station to Hilton London Syon Park Hotel, we will ensure that you have round-trip access to our private transportation service on Friday 28th November. This service will also take you back to London Victoria Train Station from the Hotel on Sunday 30th November 2025.

Alternatively, should you prefer, you can make your own way to the Venue or use the complimentary self-parking service. You can leave your car on-site at Hilton London Syon Park throughout the duration of your stay.

When we travel off-site for dinner on Saturday 29th November 2025, this round-trip is also included in the Experience.

Food & Drinks

Breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks during the designated group dining times are all included in The Experience.

The first meal that is offered by The Experience is breakfast upon arrival on Friday 28th November and the last meal that is offered is lunch on Sunday 30th November.

Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic/soft drinks are also included in The Experience.

Dress Code: Our Workshops & Dinner

The dress code is Casual Elegance — comfortable, polished, and purposefully styled. We want you to feel confident, relaxed, and radiant at all times.

Examples include:

  • Flowy dresses, jumpsuits, tailored trousers or jeans with a chic blouse or blazer

  • Smart-casual shirts, polos, or knits for men

  • Comfortable but stylish shoes (loafers, ballet flats, clean trainers, block heels)

  • Statement accessories and/or a bold lip

For dinner on Friday and Saturday night you will want to wear an outfit that feels elevatedluxury dinner party vibes, NOT black-tie.

Dress Code: Breakfast & The Spa

For those having breakfast in the main restaurant on Saturday and Sunday, please note that this is a public area, so you will need to be dressed appropriately.

For our visit to the spa and our meditation session, you will need the appropriate comfortable loose-fitting clothing and swimwear. You may wish to have a swimming cap with you for the spa.

Kallima Spa will provide you with a towel and slippers.

Our Sessions/Workshops

Some of the subjects matters covered include:

  • Self-discovery and self-worth.

  • A.I & digital literacy.

  • Income generation & legacy planning.

The sessions will be held across our private meeting room, the restaurant, and the spa.

The programme has been designed with the environment supporting your elevation, to reinforce your transformation.

What’s Included In The Experience Investment:

  • Meet 'n' Greet transportation service from London Victoria Train Station to Hilton London Syon Park on Friday 28th November, and the return trip on Sunday 30th November.

  • Round trip transportation from Hilton London Syon Park to the group, off-site dinner location on Saturday 29th November.

  • Complimentary self-parking at Hilton London Syon Park between Friday 28th November until Sunday 30th November.

  • Fully accessible location (meeting room, dining area and bedrooms) for those who are visually impaired, have hearing difficulties, and/or use mobility aids.

  • Single, double or twin occupancy at Hilton London Syon Park with check-in on Friday 29th November and check-out at 11am on Sunday 30th November.

  • Breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks (alcoholic and/or soft drinks) with those meals at Hilton London Syon Park Hotel, starting with breakfast on Friday 28th November and ending with lunch on Sunday 30th November.

  • Group, off-site dinner (starter, main course and dessert) with drinks (alcoholic and/or soft drinks) on Saturday 29th November.

  • 2 days of guided transformation with expert facilitation.

  • AI workshop and income stream setup session.

  • Writing materials.

  • Full spa day experience, including 50 minutes treatment and guided meditation session.

  • Complimentary gym access between Friday 28th November and Sunday 30th November.

What’s NOT Included In The Experience:

  • Travel costs from your home/departure destination to London Victoria Train Station on Friday 28th November, and the return trip on Sunday 30th November.

  • Any travel you choose to undertake during The Experience outside of the agreed activities.

  • If you choose to book a room/suite at Hilton London Syon Park to stay ahead of and/or after The Experience.

  • Early check-in, late check-out, minibar, and porter fees incurred.

  • Spa access outside of The experience and additional spa treatments beyond the one included.

  • Any food (snacks and drinks) purchased outside of The Experience and/or outside of the designated eating times during The Experience.

  • Personal, medical or trip cancellation insurance (mandatory) that is purchased.

  • Clothing, footwear, merchandise, phone calls, laundry services, photocopying, printing and any other services offered by Hilton London Syon Park and any other outlet that is purchased leading up to, during, and/or after The Experience.

  • Any software, training and other products and services purchased on a one-off and/or reoccurring basis during and/or after The Experience.

  • Any first aid items including plasters and/or medication, such as paracetamols purchased leading up to, during, and/or after The Experience.

  • 1 x Payment: £2,500 GBP

  • 2 x Payments: £1,300 GBP

  • 7 x Payments: £395 GBP (only available when initial deposit made by Friday 23rd May 2025)

Double/Twin Occupancy (2 people per room)

  • 1 x Payment: £4,200 GBP

  • 2 x Payments: £2,250 GBP

  • 7 x Payments: £700 GBP (only available when initial deposit made by Friday 23rd May 2025)

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel for any reason.

Please note that we have a 100% non-refundable and non-transferable policy in place, meaning you will incur a total 100% loss of funds paid. This is irrespective of the reason for the cancellation.

Please also note that if you cancel attending and you have opted for the payment/instalment plan, you and/or your next of kin remain liable and owe the outstanding balance by Friday 28th November 2025, as per the online form & agreement that you will complete below.

We reserve the right to postpone the date or cancel the Experience. If we postpone/cancel and you cannot attend the future dates, you will be refunded the amount you have paid solely for the actual Experience investment itself, up until the point of being notified of the change in date/cancellation. No further funds will be owing to you.

Personal health/medical, travel and trip cancellation insurance is MANDATORY/REQUIRED for this Experience.

I'm a Certified Trauma-Informed Business & Lifestyle Coach and Mental Health Advocate championing wellbeing and social mobility, primarily within the Black & Latino community. I've been curating transformative events and spaces for growth and connection for over 10 years.

As a Website Designer, Content Creator, and Operations Leader, I deliver brand strategy through a creative, user-focused, and commercially driven lens. In past life, I was an AML Specialist and Relationship Manager working across Spanish, French and Italian-speaking markets.

I’ve had to navigate two very different worlds: the corporate boardroom, and the sacred spaces where people heal from trauma, identity struggles, and generational burdens.

Over the years I have known what it is to play a pivotal role in helping others to realise their goals and vision, whilst behind the scenes, I’ve carried the quiet weight of burnout, imposter syndrome, and even financial pressure. I know what it feels like to be called to more, whilst still being on my own healing.

For this reason, so I can be uniquely positioned to assist the Community through lived and learnt experience, I certified as a Mental Health First Aider, life coach, and achieved accreditation in general debt advice as well as certification in personal financial planning.
